There are a few English medium schools here, however they may not have space or meet the standards of education that you find in the Western countries.
There are very good public as well as private Iranian schools which generally have a very good standard of education. For young kids that have yet to start school, kindergarten/nursery starts at age 6 and class 1 at age 7.
