Sayyid Shahryar from the US emceed the event which started off with a mesmerizing recitation of the Holy Quran by Br. Ammar from Nigeria followed up with a captivating recitation of Ziyarat Ale Yasin by Shaykh Mastura from the Philippines. \nBr. Ali Murtaza from Nigeria\, Br. Husayn from the US\, Sr. Fatima from the US and Sr. Zainab from the US presented outstanding\, refreshing and revolutionary spoken word poetry. \nSayyid Agha Ali Raza delivered a short talk on the “Unity Between The Hawzah & University” and highlighted its importance for the Muslim societies in the views of Imam Khomeini (r) and Imam Khamenei (ha). \nThe Panel Discussion was hosted by Sr. Zaynab Kazmi from the UK with four penalists – Sr. Marzieh Hashemi\, Dr. Foad Izadi\, Shaykh Ali Qomi\, and Sayyid Shahryar Naqvi. The topic of the panel discussion was “Imam Mahdi (A)’s Movement”. Sr. Marzieh delivered her opening statement on “Imam Mahdi (A)’s Movement & Racial Discrimination in the US”. Dr. Foad’s opening statement was titled “The International Islamic Movement and the New World Order”. Shaykh Ali highlighted “The Role of the Soft War in furthering the Global Movement of Imam Mahdi (A)” in his opening statement. Lastly\, Sayyid Shahryar gave his opening statement on “The International World Order and Imam Mahdi (A)’s Movement”. Each panelist was asked 2 questions after their opening statement. \n14 families received Raffle Draw gift pictures from Ustad Dr. Sawadi. \nAll kids wore headbands in the Community Kids Surūd recital and performed the ‘SALAM O’ IMAM MAHDI’ Surūd followed up with all-time-favorite ‘Salam Farmande’. Hundreds of live audience applauded their performance with Salawaat on Muhammad wa Ale Muhammad (s). Their performance left many in tears of joy and the hall resonated with the slogans of ‘Labbayka Ya Mahdi’ and ‘Labbayka Ya Khamenei’. \nThe kids received goodie bags and gifts upon entering the venue. A group of female volunteers did face and hand painting for kids. Kids received colorful balloons which made the ambience jubilant and celebratory! \nMultimedia video clips of Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei\, Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah\, & Sayyid Hashim al-Haidari were played on the projector in subsequent intervals throughout the event. All clips were subtitled in English. \nAll attendees were served with Takeaway Dinner Tabarruk by Masjid al-Jamkaran. Tea and snacks were made available throughout the event. \nOur volunteer families and many attendees stayed behind for cleaning and wrap up. We celebrated the day when the Islamic System of Wilayatul Faqih got implemented in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The effectiveness of joining as a group becomes obvious when one observes so many local Iranians taking pictures and filming our rally\, the main banner\, and the placards in English that you were holding. \nIt was refreshing to see so many Iranian men\, women\, and youth approaching us and praising this initiative. Masha’Allah so many Islamic scholars stopped by\, appreciated\, and gave duaas to this multicultural and multiethnic English speaking group of participants. We had participants from Nigeria\, Philippines\, Ireland\, United States\, Pakistan\, United Kingdom\, Kashmir\, Australia\, India\, Canada\, and of course Iran – to name a few. The support of the Islamic Revolution and the Islamic System of Wilayatul Faqih is global.
