To name a few\, participants from Australia\, Canada\, Dar es Salam\, Dubai\, India\, Iraq\, Ireland\, New Zealand\, Nigeria\, Pakistan\, Philippines\, Tanzania\, UK\, US\, and of course the Islamic Republic of Iran were in presence. Multiple senior scholars and teachers of the Hawzah (Islamic Seminary of Qom) attended this all-important seminar and book exhibition. \nSayyid Shahryar from the US emceed the event which started off with a mesmerizing recitation of the Holy Quran by Shaykh Abdulmajeed from Nigeria. Shaykh Ali Qomi did a presentation outlining a framework of 18 characteristics on the topic of “America – From Decline To Downfall”. Dr. Foad Izadi did the keynote speech on the “Decline of America” and elaborated on statistical data and evidence of this decline. A couple of video clips were played on projector regarding the topic. The seminar concluded with a short introduction to the book exhibition by a female university student from Tehran. \n250+ books written by Western authors on the theme of “Decline of America” were arranged on tables for participants to see and purchase from. The book exhibition was arranged by the University Professors and their students from Tehran. Alhamdolillah\, many attendees appreciated the effort and purchased multiple books. \nTea was served throughout the event. And takeaway dinner was given to all attendees. \nImam Sayyid Ali Khamenei has repeated the theme of افول آمریکا (Decline of America) several times in his speeches and this seminar and book exhibition (organized by the University Professors from Tehran and the Hawzah scholars and students from Qom) on this very theme is an important milestone.
